House rules and cancellation terms

Reservations are paid in advance to the bank account of City Attic Haarlem (NL63 RABO 0312 0874 97, BIC RABONL2U).
Children over 12 years old are welcome. Cots cannot be placed in the City Attic Haarlem.
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 50% will be charged.
Within 7 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Certain weekends have a minimum stay of two nights.
Check-in between 15.00 and 20.00 hrs or by arrangement. Check-in after 20.00 hrs is possible at a cost of €25.00 in cash.
Check-out between 8.00 and 10.00 hrs or by arrangement.
Breakfast is optional and is served at restaurant Dodici. Cost €15 per person.
No pets.
No smoking.
